What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify and engage OEMs that integrate permanent magnets into high-volume consumer and commercial products
  • Drive demand generation and close orders across the assigned region

  • Maintain CRM pipeline with 10x coverage of annual quota
  • Collaborate with Application Engineering and Product Marketing to align technical solutions with customer platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or OEM account management in permanent magnet applications
  • Solid understanding of electric motor design, rare earth magnet applications, and component sourcing
  • Proven success in long-cycle B2B sales and technical solution selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and disciplined pipeline management
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50-75%) across the assigned territory
