What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and engage OEMs that integrate permanent magnets into high-volume consumer and commercial products
- Drive demand generation and close orders across the assigned region
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with annual revenue targets
- Maintain CRM pipeline with 10x coverage of annual quota
- Collaborate with Application Engineering and Product Marketing to align technical solutions with customer platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or OEM account management in permanent magnet applications
- Solid understanding of electric motor design, rare earth magnet applications, and component sourcing
- Proven success in long-cycle B2B sales and technical solution selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and disciplined pipeline management
- Willingness to travel extensively (50-75%) across the assigned territory
