The role involves assisting with fittings and permanent jewelry selections, supporting piercing and styling appointments, and keeping displays attractive while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; U.S. work authorization.
• Prior retail or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work evenings/weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and learn their style preferences to recommend pieces.
• Assist with fittings and permanent jewelry selections.
• Support piercing and styling appointments and maintain clean displays.
• Handle inquiries and process POS transactions.
• Support store events and promotions and collaborate with team.
