Applicant must be an approved substitute teacher registered through the SubCentral assignment system at subcentral.gwaea.org.

ENDORSEMENTS: Any Elementary Endorsement will qualify or substitute authorization.

We are looking for someone to work 5 days a week in this building, but be flexible to float to other buildings if the need arises.

Selected Candidate will be eligible for District health insurance with a District contribution of $210 per month. Selected Candidate will not be eligible for a continuing contract.

Pay is $25.00 per hour.

Position to start as arranged and last the entire 2024-2025 school year. Selected candidates will be expected to attend all building meetings, professional development, and other meetings as assigned by the building principal.

Must hold a valid teaching/substitute license.

Permanent substitutes will provide teachers time to attend meetings, PD, team conferences, student support meetings, along with needs for daily substitute teachers.

It is necessary that substitute teachers understand the procedures in place to ensure a safe and orderly environment for all students.
