Job summary

StaffDNA® invites a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient care team in a hospital setting. You will assess patients, design individualized therapy plans, and work with physicians and nurses to drive mobility and recovery during hospital stays.

You will educate patients on exercises, monitor progress, and adapt therapies as needed. A strong emphasis on collaboration and patient-centered care is essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapy license in Texas or eligible for licensure.
  • Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required.
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Create therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and function during hospitalization.
  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to implement care plans.
  • Educate patients on exercises and home programs for recovery.
  • Document progress and adjust plans based on outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
