Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and clinical supervision tostaff thus improving standards and maintaining a high morale amongst theteam.
• Establish and maintain through high standardsof professional conduct and practice, a caring environment whichperson-centred and is conducive to the physical, emotional, social andspiritual individual needs of the residents.
• Promote, encourage and practice the ethos ofperson-centred care.
• Contribute to the safeguarding of residents,taking steps to protect residents from any form of abuse or neglect anduse the appropriate reporting mechanisms to inform the relevant parties ofany concerns.
• Must be available to work day, night andweekend shifts when required.
