Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Medical-Surgical RN to join our inpatient team in Dixon, IL. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Med-Surg experience and relief charge nurse leadership, with an active RN license and BLS certification.

Direct Hire, Full-Time role offering 12-hour shifts, day or night options, and a substantial sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance is available and weekend coverage is typically every other weekend.

Formación

• Current RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver safe, patient-centered Med-Surg nursing care.
• Assess patients and monitor clinical/telemetry changes.
• Administer medications and treatments; document care accurately.
• Collaborate with the care team and educate patients/families.
• Provide relief charge support and coordinate unit priorities.
• Care for a diverse range of medical conditions, including NSTEMI, COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, AKI, and other complex medical-surgical cases.

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic inpatient environment. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, 2+ years of Med-Surg experience , and Relief Charge Nurse experience

New graduates will not be considered.

Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time

Experience: 2+ years required

Leadership: Relief Charge Nurse experience required

Shift: 12-Hour Days or Nights

Schedule: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Pay: $37.75–$54.63/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 with 2-year commitment

Relocation Assistance: Available

Weekend: Typically every other weekend | No regular on-call

Key Responsibilities
