Job summary

TFI Family Services seeks a full-time Supervisor to lead a Permanency team, guiding case managers toward reunification or permanent homes for children, in collaboration with courts and service providers.

The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in social work or a related field (or a BSW with four years of direct service or case management) and a valid licensure; strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or a comparable field, or a bachelor’s in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience.
• BSRB licensure is required.
• Experience supervising case managers and support workers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers who help children reunite with families or find permanent homes.
• Collaborate with court systems and other case managers to ensure needed services are provided.
• Empower staff to advocate for children and families and uphold service excellence.
