Job summary

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Supervisor for the Permanency team to guide case managers and support workers in reunifying families or finding permanent homes for children. The role requires a strong commitment to advocacy and collaboration with courts and service providers.

Qualified candidates may hold an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a bachelor’s in social work with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.

If you have an advanced degree in social work or a comparable human services field, OR a bachelor’s degree in social work or a comparable human service field with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure, we want to hear from you! We’ll provide the training you need to excel in this role.

A Day in the Life as a Supervisor

As a Supervisor at TFI Family Services, you will lead and support case managers and support workers who strive to help children reunite with their families or find permanent homes through adoption. You’ll collaborate with court systems and case managers to ensure that families receive the services and support they need, helping children live happy and healthy lives.
