• Serves as Permanency Assistant to Child Welfare Specialists
• Supports efforts to move youth to appropriate Permanency options
• Provides input on child observations during visits to inform caseworkers/supervisors
• Observes children and reports unusual behavior affecting health or development
• Attends and contributes to team meetings
