Job Details

We are offering a $6,000 sign-on bonus! Additionally, a relocation bonus of $2,000 is available for candidates moving to Lawton, OK, with a valid new address in the area. The salary range is $30.00/hr - $38.82/hr, based on experience, with shift differentials and clinical pathway options.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, diagnosis, and care planning.
• Provide leadership and collaborate with nursing and other healthcare team members to maintain professional standards.
• Care for a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Manage overflow patients on a 12-bed unit with staffing ratios of 1:4-5 depending on acuity.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological parameters, especially for those with conditions like heart failure, diabetes, and gastrointestinal diseases.

Requirements

• Authorized to practice as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma.
• Willing to obtain NIH Certification.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience.
• BSN degree preferred.
