Job summary

MedCadre in Elk Grove, CA seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services and help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic activities to strengthen, coordinate, and improve daily living skills.

This role requires state licensure and NBCOT certification, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current OT license as required by the state
• Current NBCOT certification or equivalent
• Current BLS certification
• Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safe activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.

Education
