MercyOne North Iowa is seeking to hire 4 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their team located in Mason City, Iowa. Enjoy living in a safe, family-friendly community with a cost of living 24% lower than the national average!

Job Description:

1. Join a faith-based, not-for-profit healthcare team serving a 15-county referral network with a population of 260,000. The hospital is a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital named a top 100 hospital nationally.
2. Perform clinical duties under limited supervision, collaborating with Medical Directors, Anesthesiologists, Surgeons, and other physicians. Maintain professional credentials and skills to deliver safe anesthesia care. Perform various cases excluding transplants, including regional, general, and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC).
3. Work with a local anesthesiology private group providing support as a team.
4. Benefit from physician support before, during, and after procedures.
5. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position with excellent benefits.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Total compensation up to $335,000, including $30K loan repayment and $40K sign-on bonus.
