• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations and coordination of the rehabilitation department.
• Support the Director of Rehab with clinical and administrative responsibilities.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to therapy staff.
• Help ensure quality patient care and strong clinical outcomes.
• Monitor therapy services and assist with compliance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, facility leadership, and other interdisciplinary team members.

Schedule: 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday | No Weekend Rotation
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 per year

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Rehab (ADR) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Waldorf, Maryland. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team

Strong understanding of rehabilitation operations, documentation, and regulatory requirements

Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with administrative and leadership duties
