The role includes handling perishable items across various departments, assisting customers, and maintaining rotation, labeling, and signage to maximize sales and freshness.

Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• 1+ years of experience in similar role preferred.
• Knowledge/skills/abilities: computer systems knowledge (Telxon, ACR, label machine).
• Education: HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service to shoppers.
• Prepares, packages, and merchandises fresh product daily.
• Maintains department and food safety / sanitation standards.
• Rotates stock and assists in other departments as needed.
• Communicates product knowledge and assists customers with selections.
• Follows department SOPs and store operating procedures.
