Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Orlando is seeking a DC Inventory Control (IC) Supervisor to lead daily inventory control activities and a small team of hourly staff. You will ensure on-hands accuracy and resolve discrepancies through root-cause analysis.

You will work with site leadership and operations to deliver inventory solutions, maintain SOX-compliant controls, and drive accurate reporting in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control; warehouse or distribution preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with WMS systems.
• Flexibility to work off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and after-hours emergencies.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
