Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality essential for full-time shifts.
• Accurate reading of order sheets and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Experience in warehouse or food industry plus on-site training available.
• Comfort working in cold environments (32–40°F, freezer <32°F).

Responsibilities

• Order Picking: select frozen and refrigerated meat according to instructions.
• Quality Control: verify cuts, quantities, labeling, and packaging integrity.
• Order Packing: insulate and pack perishable items for shipping.
• Labeling & Logistics: apply shipping labels and stage orders for shipping.
• Inventory Care: restock, monitor rotation, report discrepancies.
• Safety & Sanitation: maintain clean, safe work area per USDA guidelines.
