Food Lion is seeking a customer-focused associate to support the Perishable Department at the Morganton location. You will ensure fast, friendly, accurate service; maintain department standards; handle deliveries, stock rotation, and display setup to maximize sales while minimizing shrink.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service within the Perishable Department.
• Maintain standards per manual, maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Receive deliveries, rotate stock and stock meat cases as needed.
• Wrap, label, weigh and stock merchandise; ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Follow Food Lion policies, dress code and safety guidelines.
