Food Lion is seeking a dependable team member for the Perishable Department in Manassas, VA. You will provide quality customer service, maintain department standards, and ensure proper stocking, rotation, and display of meat, dairy, and frozen items.

The role requires adherence to safety guidelines, accurate ordering and receiving practices, and collaboration with store associates to minimize shrink and maximize sales.

Responsabilités

• Provide enthusiastic, fast, friendly and accurate customer service.
• Maintain the Perishable Department standards and product levels.
• Receive deliveries, rotate stock and prepare items for display.
• Ensure proper meat handling, labeling, weighing and stocking.
• Maintain department cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Follow advertising materials and company guidelines.
• Adhere to Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and report incidents.
