Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in New York is seeking an hourly Entry-Level Manager for one of our store perishable foods departments. You will join a dynamic retail environment that’s growing, with opportunities to enhance your leadership and skill set while educating customers on fresh products.

You will have opportunities to advance into management across departments such as Produce, Floral, Deli, Bakery, Cheese, Meat and Seafood. If you love fresh products and leading a team, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
• Experience leading a team is preferred
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products is preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subjects is preferred
