Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Maryland is seeking an Entry-Level Manager for one of our store perishable departments. You will help maintain standards in Produce, Floral, Deli, Bakery, Cheese, Meat, and Seafood while developing leadership skills and educating customers about fresh offerings.

You will work in a dynamic retail environment with opportunities to grow into additional management roles. A supportive team and comprehensive benefits are part of the Wegmans promise to employees.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience or a college degree.
• Computer skills required to operate store systems and assist customers.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of Wegmans products is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and tasks.
