Prisma Health in Blount Memorial Hospital, Maryville, TN, is seeking a dedicated OR support teammate to provide equipment and supply handling to the surgical team. You will assist with room setups, instrument preparation, and orderly transport of patients to and from the OR.

This role requires attention to confidentiality, patient dignity, and prompt response to requests. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and prefer experience in supply management or OR terminology.

Formación

• Education - High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience - Work experience with supply management/health care terminology/operating room environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with turning of rooms by aiding cleanup and setups for new cases.
• Transport patients to and from OR and assist with patient preparation for surgery.
• Respond to supply, equipment, and pharmaceutical needs for OR staff; handle emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly environment and anticipate practitioners' and patients' needs.
• Stock supplies and communicate inventory concerns to supervisor or designee.
