Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Clinical Product Advisor at Broadmoor Campus to drive the integrity and standardization of perioperative preference cards and related supplies. You will link perioperative workflows with inventory visibility, data integrity, and clinical documentation, collaborating across perioperative services, physicians, spend management, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Nursing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain.
• Clinicians must have 3+ years of experience and be certified in one of several clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate, standardized supplies on preference cards per governance.
• Update and validate supplies on preference cards periodically.
• Coordinate with clinical stakeholders for timely updates and consistency.
• Identify gaps in compliance with standards, workflows, and ownership.
• Ensure preference cards reflect approved products and contracted supplies.
• Assist in product conversions and standardization efforts on cards.
• Align data with inventory management, case picking, and returns.
• Monitor and improve data integrity across clinical and financial systems.
