Qualifications

The Nurse Manager will provide operational and clinical leadership for:

  • Operating Room (OR)
  • Pre-Admission Testing (PAT)
  • Pre-Operative Services

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for patient care excellence, team development, physician collaboration, regulatory compliance, staffing strategy, and operational performance.

You’ll work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, executive leadership, and frontline staff to ensure an exceptional experience for patients while supporting continued organizational growth.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 5 years of Operating Room experience
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing perioperative or surgical services
  • Experience overseeing OR, PACU, and/or PAT operations
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop clinical teams
  • Experience managing nurse workflows in partnership with physicians and surgeons
  • Joint Commission compliance and survey readiness experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience leading multi-specialty surgical programs
  • Experience supporting EMR implementations or workflow transformation initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
