Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree required.
• Current State of Texas license to practice registered nursing; BLS certification; professional certification in clinical area or management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the department; forecast staffing and ensure adequate coverage.
• Collaborate with physicians and management to advance strategic initiatives and patient care goals.
• Evaluate programs and processes to improve patient outcomes and service quality.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care within budget and standards; mentor and develop staff.
