Qualifications

• Five years of experience in perioperative systems and processes.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees department to ensure effective performance, including hiring and training staff.
• Monitors compliance with equipment, maintenance, cleaning, and transport procedures.
• Develops staffing patterns to ensure 24-hour support for transport, set-up, and cleaning.
• Manages budgeting and expense planning for Perioperative Support Services.
• Collaborates with department leaders on projects related to procedure set-ups and equipment.
• Ensures availability of medical equipment and coordinates replacements.
• Provides direction to direct reports and team members.
• Evaluates and revises systems to improve delivery of care.
