This executive role oversees one of Arizona's premier surgical programs, with 13 ORs and nearly 1,000 monthly procedures, driving patient outcomes, workforce engagement, and sustainable growth across service lines.

Qualifications

Five years experience in nursing management in a hospital setting with three years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for all perioperative operations.
Drive operational excellence, patient safety, and quality outcomes.
Build and develop high-performing clinical and leadership teams.
Foster strong surgeon engagement and physician partnerships.
Optimize OR throughput, scheduling, staffing, and resource utilization.
Lead financial stewardship, budgeting, and productivity initiatives.
Advance strategic growth opportunities across established and emerging service lines.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
Support workforce development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
