Job summary

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments.
• Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises plans as needed.
• Leads process improvement activities to boost clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Performs operations-related duties as part of a multidisciplinary team.
