Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients according to the nursing skills inventory and patient needs.
• Coordinates planning for the delivery of nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Coordinates treatment plans; develops discharge and transfer plans.
• Participates in evaluation of programs and process improvement to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
• Promotes safety, regulatory compliance, and professional growth within the unit.
