Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room on a PRN basis to deliver patient care across the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.

The role requires licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification, with emphasis on safe, evidence-based nursing practices. The RN will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Assn. BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Assess and document patient status and pain levels.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate with surgical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain aseptic technique and safety standards.
• Document care accurately and timely.
