Emory Healthcare in Georgia is seeking an RN Clinician (SS) to deliver safe, independent nursing care using the nursing process, perform thorough patient assessments, and develop care plans based on the AACN Synergy Model for Patient Care. They serve as a resource for colleagues and advocate for patients and families.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program with 12 months of nursing experience in the past five years OR ADN with 2 years of nursing experience in the past five years.
• Active RN license in Georgia; BLS certification; ACLS may be required for certain departments.
• Compact/multistate license required within 60 days of hire for virtual care activities.
• Wound care certification may be required if in WOC department; meet department-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and evaluates outcomes of care.
• Develops and implements patient care plans incorporating patient and family input.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
