The Perioperative Registered Nurse (RN) at Orthoarkansas, PA provides comprehensive nursing care throughout the surgical experience in the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Responsibilities include preoperative assessment, intraoperative support, and post-anesthesia care to ensure patient safety and comfort.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the surgical team, adherence to sterile practices, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• 12–18 months of related experience and/or training.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current RN license; BLS and ACLS required.

Mansioni

• Organize and manage surgery center resources.
• Perform preoperative assessments and obtain informed consent.
• Assist in the procedure room as circulating, scrub, or sedation nurse.
• Monitor recovery and discharge planning.
