Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of RN experience or relevant clinical training
• KY RN license upon hire; CPR/BLS required
• ACLS and PALS within required timelines

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and ongoing assessments.
• Provide nursing care addressing physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Prepare patients for treatments and procedures; report significant changes promptly.
• Document charges and supplies used; implement cost containment.
• Conduct bedside shift reports with family involvement to ensure continuity of care.
