Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• 5 years of nursing experience.
• Required Registration/License/Certification.
• Alabama Board of Nursing License.
• BLS
• ACLS.
• Preferred Education: N/A.
• Preferred Experience: Perioperative experience in multispecialty case mix; orthopedic inpatient experience preferred.

• Plans, organizes, manages, and evaluates the care of patients in the perioperative setting.
• Ensures delivery of safe, high-quality patient and family centered care.
• Facilitates patient flow and preoperative/postoperative education.
