Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have PACU or critical care experience.
• Licensure: Valid RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring clear communication across care continuum.
• Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safety protocols.
