Job summary

UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN for a Perioperative role in Colorado Springs, offering day shifts and onsite duties. The position covers Perioperative, PACU, and OR care, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Onsite role with no remote option. Requirements include RN licensure, BLS certification, 6 months OR nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship, and CNOR preferred; BSN preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• State RN licensure required; BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• 6 months OR nursing experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS/CPR certification and validity through start date. CNOR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Perioperative, PACU or OR settings.
• Utilize nursing process to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Mentor and precept staff new to healthcare or UCHealth.
