Job summary

UCHealth Parkview Outpatient Center in Pueblo, CO is seeking a full-time RN to join the Operating Room team. This on-site role offers day shifts, 80 hours per pay period, and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Responsibilities include direct patient care using the nursing process within perioperative and PACU/OR settings. Requires RN license, six months OR nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
• BLS/CPR through AHA or Red Cross for the Professional Rescuer; valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in Perioperative, PACU or Operating Room levels of care.
• Participate in evidence-based care models and core curriculum.
• Support competency validation during orientation and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality at the point of care.
