Job summary

National Spine & Pain Centers is seeking a Full-Time Surgery Center RN to join our team at our Lady Lake facility. The role offers Mon-Fri schedules with 30-40 hours weekly, daytime hours, and no weekends/holidays/on-call.

NSPC provides comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment. The RN will assist with procedures, float across Pre-op/PACU/OR as needed, and uphold strict asepsis standards while coordinating with the perioperative team.

Qualifications

• A valid FL Registered Nurse license, or Compact State license.
• Current BLS and ACLS (or able to obtain ACLS within 30 days of employment)
• Knowledge of EMR systems and technologies
• The capacity to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, while demonstrating resourcefulness and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient procedures and the implementation of provider care plans.
• Float between Pre-op/PACU/OR as needed.
• Observe and enforce strict standards of asepsis, environmental cleanliness, and traffic control in the operating room.
• Direct unlicensed, assistive personnel of the perioperative team towards safe and competent patient care.
