Job summary

UW Health Beaver Dam Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support perioperative patient care in the Beaver Dam Hospital. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to plan for patient care in the operating room and coordinate case turnover to maintain efficiency.

Shifts are Monday–Thursday, 8 hours (0630-1500) with weekday and weekend on-call, plus holiday triage. Full-time benefits apply, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 6 months of relevant clinical experience required.
• Operating room experience preferred.
• Wisconsin RN license on hire required.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to plan patient care in the operating room and coordinate case turnover.
• Communicate and coordinate operating room activities to facilitate efficiency in the surgical case progression.
• Implement safe, competent patient and family care within policies and standards of care in perioperative settings.
