• Provides patient-centered nursing care using evidence-based practice and effective assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinates care through interdisciplinary rounds and ensures safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintains timely documentation and follows professional standards and policies.
• Participates in performance improvement and shared governance activities.
