Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage patients independently in the assigned clinical area following standards and algorithms.
• Apply Texas Nursing Practice Act guidelines and nursing standards in daily practice.
• Recognize when to seek assistance and escalate resources as needed.
• Document patient care and communicate clearly with the care team.
