Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida is seeking an aspiring perioperative nurse to join our Peri‑op Internship program. The RN I Intern will start a professional nursing practice in a mentoring environment with a structured transition to practice.

The six‑month program includes rotations through 11 specialty teams, with scrub skills, robotics, thoracic, neurosurgery and head & neck, and ongoing evaluation and support to build confidence and leadership in the OR.

Formación

• Nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation.
• Delegation and coordination of patient care.
• Organizational skills and resource management.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a six‑month internship with rotations through 11 specialty teams.
• Develop clinical leadership and teamwork within the Operating Room environment.
• Complete evaluation and commitment terms to work for at least two years after program.
