Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. The RN in Endoscopy/Perianesthesia will provide pre-, intra-, and post-anesthesia care, monitor sedation, and ensure patient safety in collaboration with the team.

The role requires 0–2 years of critical care RN experience, associate's or vocational degree, and MN or WI RN license. Shift is day/evening, 40 hours per two-week pay period, with occasional weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• 0 to 2 years critical care RN experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 0 to 2 years perianesthesia experience.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive nursing assessment and care planning.
• Monitor patients under anesthesia and sedation; ensure safety and comfort.
• Coordinate with families and multidisciplinary team; fulfill organizational requirements.
• Provide leadership as Charge Nurse or Preceptor when applicable.
