Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse – Surgery (Perioperative) to provide safe, compassionate perioperative care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases. You will collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists in a fast-paced operating room setting and contribute to quality and safety outcomes.

The role emphasizes documentation, teamwork, infection prevention, and ongoing learning to support optimal patient outcomes in the perioperative continuum.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and support individualized care plans

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other support staff to coordinate care
• Uphold infection control and safety standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives
