Good Shepherd Health Care System seeks a perioperative Registered Nurse to deliver safe, patient-family centered care in the operating room and perioperative services. The RN provides advocacy, directs assigned staff, and participates in a regular on-call rotation for the Surgery Unit.

Requires Oregon RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC; preferred CNOR and Peri-op 101. Associates degree required, BSN preferred; experience optional.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate of Science in Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Responsabilités

• Directs, controls and plans activities with measurable criteria.
• Protects patients from injury and ensures correct procedure site.
• Administers medications safely and communicates patient status to the care team.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality and supports DNV education as applicable.
