Job summary

Cone Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. The RN will assess patient conditions, plan and implement nursing care, and coordinate with other clinicians to achieve positive outcomes.

The role requires an Associate’s Nursing degree with NC RN licensure (or compact state), and CPR/BLS certification. At least one year of RN experience is preferred, with bachelor’s degree in nursing as an asset.

Qualifications

• Authorized RN licensure in North Carolina or a Compact state
• BLS CPR required (American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider)
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; Bachelor’s or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in assigned unit.
• Assess patient needs by reviewing history and diagnostics.
• Prepare medications and treatments per care plan.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for care planning.
