Responsibilities

• Review patient needs and conditions to deliver nursing care in the assigned unit.
• Analyze patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Prepare nursing processes, including medication administration and treatments.
• Reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
