Job summary

PTCOA/ISI is seeking a Procedure Nurse to assist the physician and care teams before, during and after procedures. You will perform circulating duties, moderate sedation monitoring, and pre/post-operative care in a busy perioperative setting.

The role requires an Arkansas RN license, ACLS/BLS, influenza vaccination and TB skin test, with 1 year of experience preferred. Full-time hours in a hospital or clinic environment; see posting for shifts and overtime expectations.

Qualifications

• Must hold Arkansas RN license and ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Influenza vaccination and TB skin test required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician and staff before, during and after procedures.
• Circulating: manage care, sterile technique, room setup and safety.
• Moderate Sedation: monitor patients and manage sedation within RN scope.
• Pre/Post-Operative: assess, document vitals and educate patients, ensure discharge criteria.
• Monitor and report patient status changes to the physician.
