Responsibilities

• Independently obtain and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Perform asepsis and tasks (phlebotomy, IV removal, Foley care) as directed.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges; provide patient comfort and hygiene.
• Position, turn and transport patients and supplies; assist with feeding and hydration.
• Stock rooms and maintain equipment; participate in nursing care conferences.
