Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: high school or equivalent; CNA licensure through Office of Long Term Care, current or previous.
• CNA training program completion or RN/LPN program with skills checklist.
• One year of PCT experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned patient care activities.
• Assist licensed nursing personnel.
• Work under supervision of Patient Care Manager or designee.
