Job summary

St. Bernards Medical Group is seeking a patient care contributor to perform assigned patient care activities and assist licensed nursing personnel under the supervision of the Patient Care Manager.

This role operates on one shift with potential overtime and call-back as required, in a safety-sensitive hospital setting. Candidates should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), CNA certification or RN/LPN program enrollment with a nursing skills checklist, and may substitute formal training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Aide or enrollment in RN/LPN program with nursing skills checklist required.
• PCT experience in acute care may substitute formal training.
• Knowledge of patient care technician practices and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned patient care activities.
• Assist licensed nursing personnel under supervision.
• Work in designated areas on one shift; overtime and call-back may be required.
